Orders and eligibility

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account and delivery information, and have authority to use the selected payment method and destination account. We may reject orders that are unlawful, high-risk, incorrectly priced, unavailable, or inconsistent with provider rules.

Prices and payment

The checkout shows the final currency and amount before payment. Taxes or fees are included only when explicitly shown. An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed by our processor. Payment redirects are not proof of payment; signed processor notifications control order status.

Digital delivery

Products are digital and may be delivered automatically or require manual review. Estimated delivery appears on the product or checkout page. Incorrect player IDs, account details, server selections, or links supplied by the customer may make delivery impossible and may not be recoverable.

Refunds and cancellation

Before fulfillment begins, duplicate charges, failed payments, unavailable products, and verified non-delivery may qualify for a full refund. After a digital item, credit, account service, or code has been delivered or used, refunds are generally unavailable unless required by law or the delivered product is materially defective. Contact support within 7 days of the order. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processor timing may take 5–15 business days.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized account access, harassment, platform manipulation that violates applicable rules, resale without authorization, sanctions evasion, or unlawful activity. Provider/platform restrictions continue to apply.

Liability and disputes

Services are supplied with reasonable care, but third-party platforms and providers may change availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Contact support first so we can investigate. This mock draft proposes Thai law and Bangkok courts; replace this clause after legal review.

Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will show a new effective date. Mock effective date: 26 August 2026.
