Delivery method

Delivery may be an automated account top-up, digital code, account/service action, or manual-review result. The checkout must show required destination fields and the expected delivery window.

Timing

Mock target: automated orders usually begin within 5 minutes; manual-review products within 1 business day. Provider maintenance, identity checks, stock changes, or incorrect destination information may delay delivery.

Customer responsibility

Verify player ID, server, email, account, URL, and quantity before payment. Do not provide credentials unless the checkout explicitly requires them. Never reuse a sensitive password; change temporary credentials after fulfillment.

Failed or delayed delivery

The order history shows payment and fulfillment status. If the disclosed window passes, contact support@allgoodhappen.com with the order ID. Paid orders that cannot be fulfilled enter manual review and may be retried, substituted only with consent, or refunded under the Refund Policy.
