Data we collect

We may process name, email, telephone number, account identifiers, player IDs, server selections, order and payment references, support messages, IP/device security data, consent records, and encrypted fulfillment fields. We do not store full card details; hosted payment providers process them.

Why we use it

We use data to create accounts, authenticate users, process and fulfill orders, prevent fraud, provide support, meet accounting/legal duties, manage refunds and disputes, and improve reliability. The applicable basis may be contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent, or another basis available under applicable law.

Sharing and international transfers

Data may be shared with payment processors, product/fulfillment vendors, Cloudflare hosting services, communications providers, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, and authorities where required. Providers may process data outside Thailand; production contracts must include appropriate transfer and security safeguards.

Retention

Mock schedule: orders and accounting records 10 years; payment-event references 10 years; support messages 2 years; security/audit logs 1 year; unused OTP codes and short-lived sessions only for their configured expiry; marketing data until consent is withdrawn. Replace these periods after operational and legal review.

Security and sensitive fulfillment data

Transport encryption, access controls, audit logs, rate limits, and encryption at rest are used where supported. Never send unnecessary passwords. If a product requires account credentials, they are encrypted and shared only with the selected fulfillment provider for delivery.

Your rights

Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Contact privacy@allgoodhappen.com. Identity verification may be required. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Cookies and sessions

Essential cookies or equivalent storage maintain login, language, security, and checkout state. Non-essential analytics or advertising must remain consent-gated.
